A new Food Network series is looking for FOOD ENTREPRENEURS. Specifically, people who have left their previous career and have no professional food experience, but are taking a risk to launch their own food business. You must be planning to open a brick-and-mortar space (restaurant or singular food ideas welcome) before the end of 2011.
