Dancing and crying are some of life's uncontrollable actions and both can be caused by listening to Eli Paperboy Reed's debut from Q Records, Roll With Me. The smooth 24 yr old from Brookline, MA was indoctrinated in his father's record collection at an early age, teaching himself to play guitar, piano, and the harmonica. He then received a first hand education, moving to one of the birthplaces of the blues in the North Mississippi Delta, singing and playing marathon 4 hour sets in front of tough crowds with various R&B bands at the local clubs. After enrolling at the University of Chicago, Reed spent the money he had made from gigs at the neighborhood Church to buy records to play on his college radio show. After graduating he added his backing band of fellow twenty somethings, the True Loves and true love is exactly what they've been receiving since they began playing together. Here's a laundry list of reasons to catch his live show seen in this video for "It's Easier"

Eli and the True Loves are currently touring Europe but will be playing the festival circuits the rest of the summer including lollapalooza and Austin City Limits.
